Margot Brown

Today we packed Margot off on her first summer holiday! She took summer clothes, a passport, some travel bottles, and her Mum.

Dad has to work another week before he earns a holiday, but then he's going to join them in Tharon Plage, Brittany, where Mamie Monique lives with several cats.

Simon and Jen came to visit this weekend, with little Ellie (11 months), well, not so little Ellie when Margot and her are side by side! Pictures to follow.

Katell also had her first trip to the Cinema for a long time on Friday. Margot and Alex stayed at home and sang songs.

Katell and Margot will be heading off to Tharon Plage in Brittany in a fortnight, and then Dad'll be joining them to travel to the south of France to see Auntie Gaele and quite of a lot of the rest of the family.

Well it's been a few weeks, and there's been a lot of activity, without really any progress. The most important event (to me, Dad) is that I went back to work - and so haven't had a great deal of time to swan around making webpages.

Margot has grown, a bit, and gained weight, a bit, but not enough to stop Mummy worrying. Every time we think sleeping, eating and pooing has settled down into a nice pattern, Margot surprises us with 2 or 3 days of distressing and loud behaviour.

On the plus side, she is starting to pay more attention, and even listened intently to 5 verses of Old Macdonald from Daddy. Brought to you by the animals Chicken, Cow, Sheep, Peacock and Grenouille.
